Telehealth consultations are now available for patients due to the disruption caused by COVID-19
Due to the unprecedented impact of COVID-19 on us all, the government have introduced Telehealth consultations to help us all stay and reduce our risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19. As a result, Telehealth consultations are now available. However, given the low prevalence of COVID-19 and the easing of social distancing restrictions, we are now offering face to face consultations once again.
Face to face consultations remain my preferred form of consultation, particularly for new patients and patients with respiratory diseases, given the importance of an expert clinical examination.
Telehealth consultations will be conducted predominantly for review appointments either via telephone or using a Telehealth program that only requires an internet connection and a browser.
